Μετά το πραξικόπημα στις 16/7/2016

Καλημέρα από την ταλαιπωρημένη και πονεμένη Τουρκία. 

Είμαστε στην πόλη Çanakkale αυτή τη στιγμή.
Είμαστε καλά.

Πώς μάθατε τα νέα?

Η χθεσινή νύχτα ήταν πολύ μεγάλη και για να πω την αλήθεια τρομάξαμε προς στιγμήν.

Χθες το βράδυ μάθαμε από την τηλεόραση ότι στρατός μπήκε στο αεροδρόμιο Ατατουρκ 

και αναβλήθηκαν όλες οι πτήσεις.

Νωρίτερα ο στρατός είχε καταφέρει να καταλάβει τη γέφυρα του Βοσπόρου και το κρατικό κανάλι ΤRT. 

Το TRT μετέδιδε μάλιστα ειδήσεις σύμφωνα με τις εισηγήσεις του στρατού όπως ότι όλοι πρέπει να επιστρέψουν στα σπίτια τους, κανείς να μη μείνει στους δρόμους γιατί θα απαγορευτεί η κυκλοφορία στους δρόμους. 

Κατά το διάγγελμά τους ήθελαν να προστατεύσουν τη δημοκρατία και τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα στην Τουρκία.

Στη συνέχεια ακούσαμε τον πρόεδρο της δημοκρατίας Ταγίπ Ερτνογάν να καταγγέλλει το πραξικόπημα
και να καλεί το λαό να βγεί στους δρόμους και τις πλατείες με σκοπό να αντισταθεί σε αυτό.

Πράγματι ο λαός δεν άργησε να χυθεί στους δρόμους με φωνές, συνθήματα, 

αποφασισμένος να σταματήσει το πραξικόπημα.

Πώς αντέδρασε ο κόσμος?

Την ίδια στιγμή ουρές τεράστιες σημειώθηκαν στα ΑΤΜ και στα σούπερ μάρκετ καθώς και ουρές αυτοκινήτων έκαναν την εμφάνισή τους στα βενζινάδικα. Όλος ο κόσμος σε κατάσταση πανικού.

Παρακολουθώντας όλα αυτά προσευχόμασταν μη ξέροντας ακριβώς τι συμβαίνει.

Από κάποια στιγμή και μετά η τηλεόραση παρουσίαζε τα γεγονότα σαν να είχαν τελειώσει, 

όμως όλα ήταν σε εξέλιξη.

Υπήρχαν συγκρούσεις?

Λίγο αργότερα τη νύχτα έγινε βομβαρδισμός της Βουλής και καταρρίφθηκε ένα αεροσκάφος των στασιαστών. 

Ο Ερντογάν ισχυρίστηκε ότι προσπάθησαν να τον σκοτώσουν, παρόλα αυτά συνέχισε να προσπαθεί να καθησυχάζει το λαό και να τον καλεί στον αγώνα.

Νωρίς το πρωί ο λαός κατάφερε να ανατρέψει το πραξικόπημα και να συλλάβει τους πραξικοπηματίες. 

Δυστυχώς και πάλι υπήρξαν θύματα, και πάλι χύθηκε αίμα στον αγώνα υπέρ της ελευθερίας.

Πώς είναι τώρα η κατάσταση σε εσάς?

Αυτή τη στιγμή όλα φαίνονται να πηγαίνουν καλά. 

Να σημειώσουμε ότι στη νεότερη ιστορία της Τουρκίας αρκετές φορές ο στρατός επιχείρησε πραξικόπημα 

και όλες τις φορές στέφθηκε με επιτυχία. 

Η χθεσινή νύχτα πέρασε στην ιστορία ως ένα αποτυχημένο πραξικόπημα. 

Δεν θέλω να σκεφθώ πως θα ήταν η ζωή από δω και πέρα αν τα είχαν καταφέρει...

Από την άλλη μεριά φυσικά υπάρχουν πολλές θεωρίες συνωμοσίας που ίσως και να αληθεύουν. 

Πιστεύεται από τον κόσμο, ότι ήταν στημένο το πραξικόπημα?

Κάποιοι ισχυρίζονται πως όλο αυτό ήταν σχεδιασμένο από τον Ερντογάν και ήταν απλά ένα σόου δύναμης. 

Αν πράγματι ισχύει δεν θα αποτελέσει έκπληξη για μένα. 

Όμως, δεν θέλω να μπω στη διαδικασία να υποστηρίξω ένα τέτοιο ισχυρισμό. 

Όπως και να χει η κατάσταση, η χθεσινή νύχτα ήταν δύσκολη και μακριά. 

Δόξα στο Θεό το πραξικόπημα έληξε. 

Ακόμη, στην Τουρκία, ιδιαίτερα σε Κων/πολη και Άγκυρα
​επικρατεί χάος, αλλά όλα φαίνονται να τελειώνουν σιγά σιγά. 

Για τα γεγονότα που προηγήθηκαν τι έχετε να πείτε?

Η προσευχή μου είναι να έρθει ειρήνη πλέον σε αυτή τη χώρα, σε αυτό το λαό, 

που έχει υποφέρει πάρα πολύ τον τελευταίο καιρό αλλά φυσικά και σε όλο τον κόσμο. 

Επίσης, οι προσευχές μας είναι μαζί με τη Γαλλία που επίσης έχει δεχθεί πολλά πλήγματα.

CV of Afghan former exterior designer, now cook for refugees, with love for Isa

"M" was born in Afghanistan, but grew up in Iran. 

Worked as an exterior designer, working with stone, decorating buildings, 

doing electric welding and also worked as a auto mechanic, 

for several years for Japanese cars.

Also he learned calligraphy.

Today he is an recognized refugee working in Greece with refugees.

How long are you in Greece?

I am in Athens from 2014.

...the smugglers took all our money.

Describe your trip to Greece from Iran.
It took me, my and wife and daughter, 10 days to reach Turkey.
There we stayed for 9 months, 40 days in a camp, because the smugglers took all our money.
In Turkey our son was born.
From Turkey we came to Chios (island of Greece), where we stayed for 30 days.
Arriving in Athens we rented a room from someone for 300euro/month.

What was the reason you left Iran?
First we escaped from Afghanistan when I was a boy.
My father was in the Government army and the Taliban wanted to kill him.
Secondly, we left Iran because Immigrants like us Afghans, do not have legal rights.
They can use us for cheap working hands, treating us as slaves.

Immigrants do not have legal rights to work in Iran?
Iran has a lot of working opportunities. But not for me as an Afghan.
I had in Iran an Iranian friend. He allowed me to use his diploma
to make a contract with a big instruction company.
I had a lot of personnel at this time. The company however did not pay me.
So I began selling my golden jewelries
(you must know that we Persians had a lot of gold jewelries),
my car, so that I can pay the workers.
When I went to the workers association in Iran to ask for legal help, they looked at my papers, saw that I was Afghan and told me to leave. Afghans can not do contracts with companies...

You became father lately.
Yes we have now our 3rd child.
This child will be the first of us, who will have a real legal documented status!

The first thing I want to do then I get back to work, is to find someone who can learn me Greek!

What are the basic problems you face in Greece?
The language. I am learning here English, because I work with English speakers and native speakers.
When we delivered our child, in the hospital I recognized, that without the assistance,
it took me much more time to understand and do all the legal documentations for our newborn child.
The first thing I want to do then I get back to work, is to find someone who can learn me Greek!

Now, I face a problem, concerning legal issues, due to my papers, where I am assisted from the helping organization I work with.

How did you learn about the helping Organization?
I heard from different people that there is a place in the 7th floor that cooks Persian food.

So I came once and since then, I have become a coworker of the program.

My work is basically cooking. But I love sharing the Gospel, how Isa (Jesus) changed my life. 

What exactly do you do as a work?
My work is basically cooking. But I love sharing the Gospel, how Isa (Jesus) changed my life.
This happened in this place, on the 7th floor, after having many conversations with the Afghan and Iranian Christians, who are coming there to find a place to talk, make a shower, make their laundries and of course eat!

CV of an Iranian artist looking for a chance to show her paintings

Lately I was introduced to a Iranian lady called "A".

She brought with her 2 drawing and 2 paintings, 

carrying them through the busy center of Athens.

When was the first time you draw?

I always loved drawing, but never draw in the past.

I don't know even until now, how to mix the colors with each other.

My first drawing I ever did was in June.

at the night I was kicked out of the Hotel I was not able to pay...

Every time I begin painting, I never know what I will draw. It is godly. 

Jesus gives me inspiration.

You can see through each painting many subjects...

Also, did I began writing poems in Persian, with an also godly way, my first before 1,5 months ago.

"Even if I lost everything, I found my target for my life: Jesus!"

What brought you to Greece?

I escaped from Iran. After my divorce with my husband, he got the custody of our boy

and because of something that happened -personal- I will get sentenced guilty

in the following months in Iran. 

So I choose to leave my family and business behind and come to Greece.

When did you come to Greece?

After taking a flight from Iran I reached Turkey, where I stayed for about 17 days.

Afterwards, smugglers took me with a fast boat to the island Samos, Greece.

This happened before 3,5 months.

Here in Athens, I met a Iraqi Kurdish man, 

who accepted to rent a apartment on his name for me, that I paid, 

as I did not have all the legal documentations yet (no Tax number).

Unfortunately, he found out that I am following the Christian belief

and he threatened me, that if he will come back from his trip from Iraq, he will harm me.

How about your family?

I have my brothers and sisters scattered all around Europe, America, Middle East

and one of my brothers is supporting me financially.

I already paid to a lawyer 1.300 euros, but he did not provide me any help.

What is your wish for the future?

My biggest problem is the insecurity and the lack of language in order to communicate,

even if I understand some English.

My priority now is to find a new safe place to stay.

I would also like to show my drawings to others in an exhibition, 

to share with them what I feel and see in my drawings?
