Haris Vassos (artistic name: Harry Vee), is from Athens, Greece,
studying music technologies and production.
He composes music, mostly electronic soundtracks
and sometimes also writes songs.
He plays guitars and bass in a band with friends.
At the age of 17,
he began writing music on DAWs
and since then he continues to do so...
H.V: "The Search" is the second album that I'm releasing, the first album that I ever made is called "Project Inverted" and it was released about a year ago.
I would describe "The Search" as cinematic, orchestral, and ambient soundtracks.
The album is about an adventure, a journey, and a search for something new.
"The Search" consists of 10 soundtracks where each one of them is connected with the next one, and at the same time with all of them as a whole.
The purpose of each track is to travel your imagination to places you never knew and explore a story that is made for you.
There is always a specific story in my music but at the same time there isn't, what I mean by that is that when I create music I have a storyline in my head that I follow, but I want that story to be unfolded by the music itself.
My goal is for anyone that will listen to "The Search", is to create his interpretation of the story in whichever way he feels, while the music is there to merely guide the listener in the right direction.
I believe that music is a powerful tool to tell a story, and I hope that the story would be self-explanatory to anyone that will listen to the album without needing me to tell anything more about it.

Q: Where are you studying?
H.V.: I'm currently in my second year studying on IEK AKMI in Athens.
Q: What is the story behind the track "Ocean Floor"?
H.V.: "Ocean Floor" is the first single I ever released,
I wouldn't say it's one story but many combined.
It speaks about holding on to things that cannot support you, the people that are close to you
that won't be able to understand you, all the things that will make you leave behind the things that
are truly important to you, and eventually make you fall, and probably make you a different person in the process.
As I said above there is always a story on my music/songs, but as I also said, I want the listener to interpret the song as he feels and sees fit for himself, that's why I wrote the lyrics in a vague enough matter.
In the end, I want the song to have a meaning for the listener himself and for it to be something that he can identify with.
